[rz] Footer Enhancer v1.0
This extension enhances the page footer, repositioning or resizing it accordingly to the scheme and the browser height.
It is useful for layout-grid, master-frames, or relative-layers based schemes when the page content not always is large enough relative to the browser size.
Some features:
- Move or expand footer modes.
- Maximum compatibility across browsers and platforms.
- Extremely lightweight.

How to use?
1. Design your page based on floating layers, master-frames or layout grids as you usually do.
2. Drag and drop an extension instance (it is recommended within the footer for better performance).
3. Enter the id of the object used for the footer.
4. Setup the handling mode that better fits the scheme/design.
5. Preview or publish.
