jQuery Time Picker

I'm sorry, I am not familiar with the jQuery Time picker, so I cannot help you to implement it.
But you can insert custom code with the HTML object.

As far as I know there not an official time picker widget in jQuery UI: http://jqueryui.com/

Also note implementing a feature like this may take weeks or months of work. This is not something can 'just' be added. There are hundreds of other suggestions waiting to be implemented first...

I know about that its not a "just like that work".
