WYSIWYG Web Builder is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator this means that the HTML/CSS doesn't exist till published. You can try to import the HTML files but you cannot directly modify/edit the code within the software sorry.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately we cannot teach you how to design or assist with external code/scripts and templates, but with imagination and flair you can achieve a site similar to the url you gave. There is a host of tutorials at the first url the others are on transitions and animations to help get you started.

We cannot help you with third party templates.
However, most (if not all) of the features in this template are also available in WWB templates.

As Pablo mention most of what this template show can be already achieved with the program and templates available. Formed example templates see the following: Templates
