I have tried to add an Australian flag GIF for our Australia day celebrations to one of my sites.
It works fine on my Desktop Windows PC, but not showing on my Galaxy S7 mobile
Do such files require special handling for OS other than Windows?

Any suggestions?

I am not aware of any limitations related to animated GIF files on mobile devices.

Note however that this is unrelated to WWB. The file will be published "AS IS".
