GDPR

Post by zinc »

I am sure you all know this about GDPR and everyone is rushing to update their privacy policy, cookies and so on...

Some have been asking for a Cookie extension or asking Pablo to "Update" the existing one so it is GDPR compliant, but in reality you have an extension that let's you do "whatever" you want to do and some don't get this.

viewtopic.php?f=53&t=62595

This extension allows you to place a text object or whatever you want depending on your message and turns it into a cookie message. So simple!!!

If you don't get this, see his sample. It cannot get simpler than this!!! So this means your cookie message can be whatever in English, Arabic, Dutch and simple place it in a layer and give the layer name to this extension.

So in the wake of 25.05.2018 (GDPR day at least for the UK) you have a great tool at hand.
