Your Footer Isn't The End, It's Just The Beginning!

I used to be as guilty of this as anyone. It's the footer - a quick copyright and a link to you as the website builder and maybe a discrete Break Point indicator and last updated for version control and tying in which project version on your PC you are looking at.

All done right - wrong!

There's a great deal of excellent articles on the Web about Footers - I say that as no expert.

One of the many important factors is hopefully mitigating someone abandoning your page, or worse, your site. If they are at the Footer, then they are one step (click/tap) away from an exit. Site links, social media, testimonials and key calls to action can all help convert that exit.
