The CMS view itself is responsive.

The CMS View is responsive, which means that it can be used in breakpoints.
The example does not implement breakpoints, it focuses on the main CMS functionality.

Using the CMS tools in a responsive layout does not work any different than in a standard layout.
You can use CMS view in a layout view and it will automatically resize the content.
