Are you talking about WB uploading to server or for a website on the server. If the latter you need to configure this yourself through your hosing service.

I'm talking about SSL certificates that work on https and, accordingly, all links should be in the format https.

https must be configured on the server, this is unrelated to the software. It is a service of your web host.
