MOST RECENT USED (FAIL)

I HAVE VERS 15.0.3 JUL 14 2019, BUT NEVER OPEN THE MOST RECENT PROYECT AN PAGE

It seems to work correct.
Can you please describe the exact steps to reproduce this problem?

I have windows 10 professional and version 15.0.4 of July 17 32 bits. Every time I start the program it does not open the last or most recent file used.

Maybe the file is on a different drive?
Is there an error?
Can you open the project via the menu?

It´s in this C:\Users\enala\Documents\Web Builder 15 ALL\15.0.4

Yes I can Open from folder But Manually File + open (Folder)... etc

Have you set the option "Open the most recent used project at startup" in Options > General?

Yes. I did. But still fail.
