*SOLVED* Is my site forcing Browser-scrollers for End-Users now?

Post by etcbbu »

Hi all, on one of my websites, I have the following Breakpoints:

- 1920
- 1336
- 1024
- 768
- 320

And just now, I have gone into *EVERY* "Layer" object across all Breakpoints and all .php pages of the website https://ktravisj.com , and established a "Border" color, and giving it a point-size of "2" on the border. I wanted a small, black border around all the Layers in our website. I didn't make any other changes to the "Border size" >> +2 of all of these Layers. They are all set to "Full Width and Floating".

So now I want to know — do all of the pages around my website now exist "outside the size boundaries" of the browser, forcing scrollbars on the bottom of the screen for all users, on all of these different Breakpoints? Or, does the "Full width and Floating" setting for lack of a better word, "chops off" two pixels of the image, to show the black line on all of these Layers, or what?

I know it's kind of a technical / weird question; if I need to re-phrase or provide screenshots to demonstrate it, let me know.

God bless.

If you use a border on a full width layer then you will have to set the 'box-sizing' property to 'border-box'.

@Pablo, Thanks so much — I have just now executed this change on every Layer object, on my https://ktravisj.com site. If anyone has a moment to look around and tell me that this Border situation / my pages are looking all right, I'd appreciate it.
