Odd message and missing images from backup

Post by mcruss »

Suddenly when I go to 'File" in WB15 and try to open a project, it gives me this message: "This project was created with a previous version of WYSWYG Web Builder (9.1.0). If you make modification to this project, you will no longer be..." But this project was created with WB15 and I've been able to access it with no problem until just recently. I did find a partial backup but some of the images are gone. What is going on?

OK, in going back and looking deeper, one of the projects that gave this error WAS created with WB9. BUT I've been able to work with it and make edits in WB15 for a long time; just suddenly can't seem to find the files.

Maybe you have moved the original location of the files to a new a new one? You can use the Asset Manager to discover the files and bring them back into your project. Please note WB15 is no longer supported.

No, I have a file search program and all I find are a few backups. I'm sorry WB15 is no longer supported; it does everything I need to do and cant justify the expense of purchasing each new iteration. I think one of my issues is the fact that WB15 is outdated and certain buttons are no longer available, causing my project to bottom out. I'd change the buttons but I can't get into it to change them!

Anyway, thanks for attempting to assist.
