This issue was resolved in Hotfix 2 a few days ago. However, if you haven’t installed that hotfix, the process may not work correctly the first time. Going forward, it should work as expected.

A container layer is for absolute/fixed content. It cannot be part of a layout grid.
The same applies to a form.

The photo grid was designed to be responsive. This cannot be changed.

The height is calculated based on the number of column/rows and width. It cannot be set at a fixed size otherwise it would not be responsive.

I think the problem is related to the vertical alignment of the layout grid column. It is set to 'middle'.

Note that a footer cannot be floating and fixed at the same time. it is either floating OR fixed.

You have set the layout grid to 'sticky'. There can only be one sticky per page. When you scroll next sticky will become active.
But you can make both layout grids fixed and give the page title an offset by setting a top margin.
