In a flexible carousel (which uses Bootstrap) the arrows are always centered.

The offset properties can be used to move the arrows left, right, up or down.

For a fixed carousel, the offsets are in pixels.
For a flexible carousel the offsets are in percentages.

The error is caused by the missing error page in the Captcha settings.
Please open the properties of the Captcha and select a valid error page.

And the error page should not contain a form.

Also, I recommended to add ' ##error##' to the error page, so you can see why the form fails.
