Cannot Edit Text Box

Hey good people, I ran into a problem this morning using my editor (18) and that is I am unable to open up a textbook to edit it. That is every page except the master page. On that page I am able to edit the text boxes as usual, but every other regular page in my site I am unable to edit the text bo...

Carrousel, can you arrange images

Hi good people, When using carousel and you shrink your screen to a cell phone size is there any way to stop the image going behind the text but rather go below the text pushing everything down the page, as at the moment my image goes behind my text when it is at a smaller screen size and I would li...

Hopefully just a quick answer,

Hi there, I have only just stumbled across flexbox containers which are great and also sections which are even better as you can move your items around within the box and not static in the center. I can see you can do away with break points if you use this, which would save me personally an awful lo...

Re: Responsive Nav Bar won't change

Hi crispy thank you for the prompt reply it is much appreciated. I will definitely try and view it in Firefox but I do not believe that is the problem as this is not the first time I have used the responsive menu in a website and in fact I have just gone and checked the other website to see if it wo...

Re: Responsive Nav Bar won't change

Sorry Crispy, let me try it and clear this up. I meant the responsive menu. I have added one to my web page and I have set the breakpoint at 480 so when it goes below that it changes to a smaller nav bar with a drop-down menu so it fits in the smaller screens better. That is the navigation bar that ...

*** SOLVED *** Responsive Nav Bar won't change

Hi people, I have a responsive navigation bar on my site. I have set a breakpoint at 480. When I preview my site and I shrink the page to below 480, the navigation bar does not change to the responsive menu, but just stacks up on itself to get into the page. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong...

Re: WYSIWYG 18 Dark Mode

Hi Crispy,

You've gone above and beyond again with the video tutorial. It is way more in-depth than the one on this forum, a massive thank you.

I am sure others will find it equally informative and helpful.

Re: WYSIWYG 18 Dark Mode

Hi Crispy, Always to the rescue, thank you. I had not seen the written tutorial, all I could find was this YouTube video on the forum, so I will read that now. What I want to happen is, that an icon on my page that you can toggle between light and dark mode, background and text only. Thank you once ...

WYSIWYG 18 Dark Mode

Hi people, I have been trying to set up dark mode for my website now that this editor helps you do it, but I think I am missing a fundamental piece of jigsaw that the YouTube clip showing you how to do it, is missing. I go into my editor, click on option - html- dark color scheme- set manual I go ba...

Re: Hoping it is just a simple fix

I just figured out what I have done wrong. I have in my CPanel File Manager, four different uploads of the same homepage, .html, index.html, -.html and home.html and I had not updated the .html page only the index page. So I simply deleted all the pages but .html Stupid, yep I know, but you learn as...

Re: Hoping it is just a simple fix

Hi wwonderful Thank you for your prompt reply. I originally wanted to do that, but now I just want to be able to update the .com page and not just the .com/index page. I have deleted some code that was causing some problems, but then others occur like for example, if I take out all of the code, the ...

Simple Solution, but Cannot Figure it Out, Help

Hi good people of this forum, I have a very annoying problem and after two days trying to figure what I have done wrong, I thought I would ask this good community for a pointer. I am in the process of building a site, up until recently the contents of the webpages when looking at the preview would s...

Hi Pablo, Thank you for your quick response. I had not done a complete upload of all files, I was only "publishing files of modified objects only" but once I did a full upload of all files, it was working great so thank you. I will look at the other menu responsive design to try and locate...

Hi MGD4me and Pablo, Thank you both for your replies. I have though worked out what it was, and it took me by surprise and I do not know why these happens, but it is something to do with coding. Hi good people of this forum, I have a small problem and hope that someone can point me in the right direction of what I am doing wrong. Is there a work-around

Re: Page will not stop loading

Brian and Pablo, A big thank you to you both, yes you were correct, I have no idea why I put that in, the only thing I can think of that is was after a 16 hours session building the website, I should learn my lesson to walk away from something and come back to it with a fresh head on the next day. Page will not stop loading
