Some tools are missing in the toolbox and properties (events, animations)

If some tools like events, animations, Ready-to-use-JavaScripts, login tools, CMS etc are missing, then you have most likely enabled 'Easy Mode'.
When easy mode is enabled, then advanced tools will be hidden.
You can enable / disable 'Easy Mode' via the View menu.
