user rating scale colors do not appear after publishing

Post by Babocan2 »

Hello there,

I use "user rating" while designing a website. Everything is normal in preview, but the scale colors do not appear after publishing (14.4.0).

http://www.bayrakbayisi.com/index.html you can see below

First note that support on version 14 has ended.

Where on your website do I need to look to see the problem?
What extactly do you mean by 'user rating scale colors do not appear after publishing'?
Can you please be more specific?

Hello there,
the version is not very old but I know there is no support ..

For this "User Rating" error that I have encountered: Just look at the homepage www.bayrakbayisi.com There are 2 examples here.
the first of them was used with the embed page.
The second is placed in the main page from the block menu by drag and drop method.
Problem: Everything is normal when the index page is previewed.
But when Publishing is done (when I send it to my server), when I open www.bayrakbayisi.com, in the section with "User Rating", the colors inside the box are blank (colorless).

I wonder if only me have this problem?

I wrote the link to download the .wbs file.
You can download it here http://www.bayrakbayisi.com/2020-1.wbs

I am not sure but it may be related to the invalid files names.
I do not recommend to use spaces or other special characters in filenames. This may work locally but web servers usually do have a problem with this.
Also, filenames should not start with a number.

See this related FAQ:

If that does not solve the problem then try to reset all formatting options to default (in Tools -> Options -> HTML) .
