Form fields layout

Post by terryfoster60 »

Okay - than you everyone for the help getting a form on a lyout grid.
I am now dragging the form objects to the screen and great this is working.
I can not seem to find anything that specifies the gaps between the elements - they are all bunching up.

I have downloaded the template Flowers and can not see how they have spaced out the fields

Thank you

You can add margin to elements with the 'margin' property.

Thank you - found where the Margin property was settable.

I knew it had to be margin but could not see it in the WYSIWYG interface.
I am familiar with website design and used dreamweaver for ages but WYSIWYG is a new ball game.
It is brilliant once you get used to it's handling and I am sure I will get what I want once I have managed to find out to handle her.

One last thing though regarding layout...

Is there a way to center the submit button... looked everywhere but it's not jumping at me.

Thank you for everything.

You can set the alignment of the column to center.
Or use a nested layout grid for only the button.
