tutorial "Creating a Form" is unclear on Group setting and more

I am loving going through the tutorial's from WYSIWYG web builder. I hope it is ok to ask questions.
i can not figure out how and where to set Group Name. i also do not see how to create the radial button image (circle) ?

I'm sorry, there is no 'group' option.
You can create a round button via the 'border radius' property.
