events demo fails - will it be fixed ?

For the tutorial "Using events to create a roll over image with sound" the Download examples fails. The download, when extracted, produces a file events.wtp. That file does not open in WWB. The download site is " http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/support/demo_events.zip " . Is there any hope that might be fixed?
