NO editable content in the cms toolbox

Hello,
in the toolbox on the left there is no "editable content" and no "editable conten admin". i made just a fresh new install, but it is missing again.
please, excuse my english, i am from germany...
how can i abload here a picture of that? How can i find a solution? I own the last version 16.1..

Maybe you have customized the toolbox?
In that case, right click the toolbox and select 'Reset toolbox'

Also, make sure that you did not enable 'Easy Mode'

Certainly you edit and customize your toolbox and you should reset that
