@keydog bkjohns was referring to the version of WB see my reply to him. Also note WB7 may not be compatible with Windows 10 (I stand to be corrected).

I don't know if I should reply but all that had to be done was update wb software and was able to just move the wb folder to new computer
this update with wb worked with no issues with sites
