How is 'landing'page' different than a regular HTML page?
Isn't it just about the content?

Landing page and standard page is same. you should try to create a new page and design your landing page on that.
maybe you try to make master frame? in this case you should try to make "header" and "content place holder" and "footer". after that you should load master frame in your standard pages.
