Image elements do not have explicit width and height in a card

I am having problems with Lighthouse. I use cards with pictures. Lighthouse reports:

Image elements do not have explicit width and height.

If I set an explicit height and width, I get a new error and the aspect ratio is no longer correct.

This functionality is currently not implemented.
This is planned for a future version.
