A very interesting article BC - thanks for sharing - some interesting and some obvious advice, the main takeaway from me is the need (is there) for CDNs - especially where you intended website demographic is domestic (so domestically served) vs unintended non domestic visitation. And, assuming article veracity, the downside for using oversees (cheep) hosts and will we actually see delisting of non HTTPS websites.

Also many ISPs cache content, thereby providing a CDN.
