Autoplay Video with Audio

We habe index site with links to other sites in the project.
On the other sites we have Video with Audio.

When the sites open, the Video do not start, if we do not have Controls
and click on Play, or mute the audio.

Autoplay Video with Audio is working only in a Light Box.
Is there a way to Autoplay Video with Audio with "Open in The Same Window"?

In most browsers, autoplay will be disabled if the video has audio. This is intentional behavior of the browser.
As far as I know there is no workaround.

Autoplay Video with Audio works fine in LightBox.
Is it not possible to make an small extension, simulates mouse click on MediaPlayer on page start?
There is somethin wrong with PageTransition. With PageTansition LightBox do not schows the mp4.
Purhapce you can fix it, so we could use both extensions (PageTransition and SimulateClick) on the same page?

That is because in that case the video is trigger by the user.
Note that this has nothing to do with the software. This is a browser restriction.

Page Transition is based on a third party script. It is provided "AS IS".
