Web Builder Site Blocked

Post by onlye »

I have a customer with a couple of licenses. While trying to install and activitate Web Builder their security would not allow. They have implemented geo restrictions blocking for internet traffic. So we need to add an exception to allow access to Web Builder downloads, Activaction, and the forum. Would all those be covered by allowing wysiwygwebbuilder.com - is there a static ip address that could be used on their white list? Looks like the servers are located in the Netherlands, is that correct?

thanks for the help

Only wysiwygwebbuilder.com is used for communication. As far as I know the server is located in Germany.
