copy text to include link

Post by Chris_t »

Is there a way of copying text from a text box that has other text I do not want to copy to a new page but retain any links in that part of the text that I have copied. At the moment, any formatting is copied but links are not.

I have a long document in a text box that I am trying to recreate on a new page so that each item has its own text box. Any links appear to be lost when that section of the text is pasted into a new text box on the new page. All formatting remains. Is there a workaround?

I hope I have made that clear.

The text editor used by WWB is a standard Windows functionality. Unfortunately, it does not support links when copying the text to the clipboard.
However, if you copy/paste the entire text object then the links will be included.

Thanks Pablo. Unfortunately the text object has too many entries for that to work. I made a stupid mistake in doing it that way in the first place.
