New Hosting set up

is there anyone on here familiar with hostinger hosting?

trying to set up my WB19 software to publish to this hosting

the issue Im running into is that they have a seperate file manager for each site

and I cant find the correct path to publish to each of these to set up the publish setting in WB19

their help is a little lacking

I am a previous Hostinger user, not sure how much changed in a year. When you go to the control panel, they will offer you a public_html folder inside it should be your website that is when I had to do it in hostinger. So for now, in infinity it is done in the folder called htdocs.

And as you said that each site has its own file manager is depending on the plan you took if you took multisite plan, they provide the multi file manager system for you. So the way the one site works same setting or adjustments need to be done for others.

So, for example, if you have site X then the ftp settings should be done for site X and site Y may have different ftp username pass too. So check your username and id pass and port and others correctly from my perspective it leads to a folder called public_html so there is where the website file should be published.

yes I have to set up ftp for each site separately
