Unable to close the "error report" window

Post by sinedd »

Hello,

I installed version 19-4-3 x64 (I was on version 19-4-2 x64) on my desktop computer under Windows 10

After requesting a page "error report", it was impossible to close the corresponding window!

I saved my project and then quit the software.

When I reopened my file, the "error report" window was still there! As if frozen on the screen.

It was impossible to close it with the cross or the click button, and it was also impossible to move it.

I restarted my computer (and not turned it off and on again), still the same.

I have the software, cleaned the application and registry with Ccleaner, version 19-4-2 x64 but nothing from my file or a blank launch of the software from the "Program > WYSIWYG Web Builder 19" folder.

The software starts very well, but always with a window blocked from the start, in the middle of my screen and unable to be closed or moved!

Please tell me how I can solve this problem.

Kind regards,
Denis

I doubt that this has anything to do with the update. This functionality has not been changed recently.

But this may be helpful:
