Is there a way to send the user to the top of the site when refreshing the page?

Doesn't the browser automatically take you the top when you refresh a page?

If on opening the page and it has any section(s) such as a paragraph bookmarked then even after a refresh it will always point to this.
If the page has a iframe with content then only the main page with it will refresh not the content in the iframe.
As always it is best to provide a link just so we can see the layout of the page and how it's navigation is. Also remember that how a page site works will be different in each browser and device used such as Desktop and Mobile.

Of course, I am developing a very important project for my life, integrating a CRM to my website, with great care developing every detail using wysiwyg. Before providing the link, let me say thank you very much Pablo for developing such incredible software like this, where I can make a living from my work and set up the agency I always dreamed of. Thank you BaconFries is wonderful and to everyone on the forum who is always attentive and providing incredible support. You are incredible family builders.

Come on, the link is: https://encurtador.com.br/JmCyu

What I would like to do is add a CSS or script code that sends the page to the top when updating an iframe, for example.
