Layout Grid Height - Can't adjust

How do you set the height of the Layout grid? I did search the forums but didn't find anything. I'm familiar with Web Builder, but haven't used it since 2019. When I add a Layout Grid it defaults to height of 60, but when I adjust the height to anything else it won't take what I enter. I've compared with the Shopper website that is generated and set all the properties to match but I still can't adjust the height. I also can't adjust the height of the layout grid on the one that was generated. I know I'm doing something wrong but I'm just not sure what.

When using a "Layout Grid" the height of a grid column is always zero this mean that its height is then determined by the content you add to the grid.
