Breakpoints sizes not available.

I have researched the most practical sizes for breakpoints and I've decided on 1366, 1024, 768 and 480.
When I wanted to create the 1366 breakpoint it's not available in the drop-down list. How can I manually enter the 1366 breakpoint OR is it better to make my default page width 1366?

You can manually enter any value you like in the input box.
