This might be of use to some of you, dont know if its been posted before.
Free web stats widget
just post this code on every page of your site
hit the widget and you get a graph and map
you can change the colour and have it top bottom left or right
all the settings and instructions are here:-

there is also "tynt" which monitors what has been copied off your web site
and inserts a link back to your site also free
