News Flasher/Marquee Required

I am looking for something like this

Check out the news flasher at the bottom of the page. Last time some kindly ripped the code out but I failed to get it to work. If you know any, do let me know. I didn't post this in the "Suggest...." as that thread is getting too long and sometimes I do not get the response.
