I would like tel numbers to have hyphens inserted in phone number when phone numbers are included in forms.

There is no standard solution for this. This will require a custom script.

Working on my mobile. if it doesn't work then try to open in desktop mode in your mobile. To do this select the 3 dots top right and select desktop and it should work.

Thanks, I remember jsfiddle. I know I have used it in past. But I keep getting 502 Bad Gateway.
