I am using rollover layers on a main page and there doesn't seem to be any option to have a link. Is this something that could be added or is there another way I could achieve this?

This option is currently not available, mainly because rollover layers are pretty complicated elements.
Using different options will generate completely different code, so it's not as simple as just adding an HTML anchor to the element.

But you can post your suggestion in the 'Suggestions' section of the forum.
If more users find it useful, then I will consider adding it to a future version.
