I got new problems when transferred from WB15 to WB17. Problem persist in both versions 32 and 64bit

1. SVG issue in lower screen resolution (below 1920px)
SVG in 320px WB15


SVG in 320px WB17


2. Footer glitch to the layer above. Working in WB15(left pic)

And how to get rid from horizontal scrollbar.

Unfortunately, I cannot open your project.
Can you please remove all extensions before sharing your project?
And where exactly in your project do I need to look?

Also, do you have the WB15 project so I can see what it looks like in WB15?

Where exactly in your project do I need to look to see the problem?

It would be useful lf you removed everything from the project that is not relevant to your question so it is immediately clear where I need to look.

In the meantime, the issue with SVG icons has been fixed in the latest build (9/28/2021)

I suggest to use a layout grid instead of a layer.
