Usually speaking Ads.txt is a text file that contains a list of Authorized Digital Sellers. The purpose of ads.txt files is to give advertisers and advertising networks the ability to verify who is allowed to sell advertising on your website.
In wwb how to know if my website is or is not using an ads.text file?

Just a guess.
If you or your host haven't put an ads.txt file on your site then one is not in use.
To check just logon to your host or just go to yourwebsiteaddress/ads.txt and it should list it if it's there.

WWB is not using an ads.text file. This is not specific to WWB, so you will need to create this yourself.

The software doesn't add this so as already mentioned either you have implemented it yourself or your hosting provider has.
