missing 404 & indexing issue

hope im in the right section. had a searched for 404 but in the support option but not really sure what to do. Is there a simple fix i can do?

You have a link on your page that is not any good anymore: http://www.outdoorsmartphone.tv. Looks like it is in an iframe via a Facebook plugin?

It needs updated or removed as it is throwing the 404 error

i dont even know how or where that got there, i'll bin it if i can find it. if you have anymore help on where its located i'll be onto it like a shot, ive got my site open now and am gonna hunt it down.

Html4 is a like button on my home page for facebook, not exactly sure where i got it from, does it have something dodgy that is the issue, i can just delete, i think a FB like button is a bit dated for me.

As you can see the url is in the code. It also looks like the code is a mishmash of 2 things. Maybe try recreating the like button again to generate fresh code for the page?
