Downloaded the English language package for translation into Ukrainian.
Please tell me how I can edit the english.lng file

Unfortunately, sir, there is no way to edit the .lng file in the information provided

Did you install a resource editor?

Note that the language file is provided for experienced software translators. If you're new to these tools, I'm afraid I won't be able to provide a help on how to use them.
