OpenAI GPT update

Yesterday, Open AI has released its new gpt model: gpt-4o, which is faster, cheaper and more up-to-date.
To use gpt-4o in WYSIWYG Web Builder, go to Tools ->Options -> Artificial Intelligence and enter 'gpt-4o' in the Text model input box.
