I got there in the end. The page was linked to a home page in another folder.

OK, thanks. It appears to be working. Now it's showing as index, which one do I change, text or title.

I have added a login page to my site which appears in the preview ok. When I upload it the login tab doesn't appear until I click on the home page tab, then it shows up. After that it's fine and It's driving me mad. Can you help.

The text was being displayed over two lines on the preview but only one on the wysiwyg. I think I have discovered the problem. Somehow some of the pages were changed from ariel to verdana. But I still don't know why the text is different to the preview though.

The text on preview is different to the the view on the page I am editing.
When I continued to modify my site I noticed the preview is different on some pages. I haven't tried uploading the pages again as I won't know how to fix it if it messes up. I did not change anything so I don't know what ...

Hi,
This may sound dumb but do I need an index page as well as a masterpage. If so, what is the difference?
When I publish the site the masterpage is not displayed (no background or buttons). Could someone explain how to do this in simple terms please.
