Crash after clicking LINK

Post by gregbarnes »

I have 16.4 installed. On a standard HTML page, I have a few objects and want to have users click on a button (shape) to download a file. The SHAPE tabs are: General, Text, Link, Events, Animations and Output. I can select any tab and it shows the settings for that topic. However, when I click on the "Link" tab to enter the web address for the downloadable file, the program just crashes. It also crashes when I use a button, image and even an Icon Font. Is there anyone who can help? Much appreciated. Greg
Cheers for now,
Greg

This may be a registry related issue, the link history may be corrupt.

To clean it:
1. open 'regedit'
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pablo Software Solutions\WYSIWYG Web Builder 16\
3. Remove the 'URL_History' item
