Mail doesn't work... People are sent to the 404 page

Hi guy's goodmorning. Hope you can help me. I have a major problem with my mail. People phone me up and say that they get the 404 page if they sent me a message. I try several options without succes. Hope you can help me.

Did it previously work?
If yes, what did you change?
If you did not change anything yourself then maybe the web host did?

If you need my help, then please provide more details.
What did you do? What Are your settings? Did you look up the error in the server logs.

Hi Pablo, it is not that easy...

yes it worked before
I changed noting as far as i know
I will look into it later... i have to step away from it for now.
