Font size changes when published or previewed

This project was originally designed on WBB 15.2.2.
I upgraded to WBB 18.3.0 and the project displays properly in the WBB designer with the Ariel font and font size 20.
If I preview or publish the project the text the font size changes in the pages.

Any ideas, direction, or help would be appreciated.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Steps 1-10 resolved my problem which was a forwarded noted in your link.
