404 pages with my new hosting provider!

I never had so much problems with my website... massagework.nl. A few weeks ago i went to a new hosting provider. Now wen i look at the site i have lots off 404 pages.

After some hulp on line he fixed my emails and a few settings. He told me that there are two sites at my old hosting provider what causes these problems because, they are in conflict with each other??

He told me that the way to fix this is:
1. The website files are in the tool.
2. Look at an export function
3. Upload website again.

Is this possible and how do i export my hole site and put it in the new settings of the new hosting provider? Hope you have some tips for me.

You can publish the entire website visa the built-in publish tool -> Publish all files.
