update to the latest version doesn't work

Hi Pablo, i try to upload to the latest version but i keep resaving the message that it is a Unsupported format? The file was created with a newer version of WB? With the download a took my firewall off. Also the previous version now gives me the same warning, and won't let me in de software. I try to download it from different links, all with the same result. What can i do?

If you upgrade to a new version then you will get this message to indicate that the file format will be updated when you save the project. This is normal behavior.
However, I am not sure how 'Unsupported format' is related to this?

I never had this before!? It give me a sign with a triangel and explanation mark with the text; Unsupported Format! This file was created with a newer version of WYSIWYG Web builder.

The funny thing is that now i cant also not use my old WB-desktop sign to log in to the program. It gives me the same notification. So i cant work on it! I downloaded the update from the download site and try to open the zip file with WinRar. Thas this help? hope you have a solution.

To be able to help you, I first need to know exactly what you have done.
What did you do before this happened?

What was the previously version you used?

Do you have the same problem with all your project?

Or maybe the project is corrupt?
Did you try to load a backup?

Yesterday everything was working fine. The only thing for the problems i can think off is that i went to another hosting provider. Maybe that's it? Anyway i reinstalled the backup and that works. So thanks.

I doubt that the hosting has anything to do with this.

Can you please answer all my questions? Otherwise it will be difficult to help you.
