Hello Pablo, something is happening with my WWB Slide Show (v.19.2.2). Some options work in "preview in Brouser" but do not work when published on the internet.
For example: Slide Show option "sequence" works on my PC and on the internet. However, the "conveyer belt" option works on my PC ("Preview in Browser"), but it doesn't work on the internet (it stops). What to do?

Re: Slide Show
If it works in preview but not when on your server, then it usually means you are either missing files on the server or you did not upload all the files that may have had changes made to them. There is no difference between preview and publishing. The same files are generated. Check to make sure you did a full upload of the files generated.

Re: Slide Show
Also try a Ctrl+F5 refresh on the online page in your browser?

Re: Slide Show
This is either an issue with your browser cache or you did not publish all files.
If you need help then please provide the URL so we can see what is wrong.
Note: there is no difference between preview and publish. In both cases the exact same files will be generated.

Re: Slide Show
Thank you for your attention. The problem on my website was caused by the provider (hosting), according to their response:
"...it could have been that the changes you made were not uploading so the site crashed but restarting released these processes".
So now my website is working normally. Thank you all!

Re: Slide Show
Friend Pablo,
In the "Publish Website" > Publish > "Entire web site" window you can choose the option "Files" > "Publish all files"
In this option, new pages (files?) are marked with the new date.
Normally I copy the files that appear with the new date to my website location (FTP).
As we know, the website does not work well if all the necessary files are not published...
And you always guide:
- "...you did not publish all files."
Please allow me a suggestion:
In this case, in the "Publish all files" option, is there any way to force WWB to UPDATE the date of ALL files necessary for the website to function on the Internet?
This way, I believe it will help the user not to forget to copy and publish any file that is important for the website to function.
Anyway, I don't know if it's clear.
Please excuse my suggestion. In fact, I consider WWB to be wonderful!
Thank you very much for your understanding.

Re: Slide Show
If you select "publish all files", then all files will be regenerated and published.
