Version 20 Discount

Yesterday I received a notice about version 20. After I downloaded and installed it, I received a notice about paying for it and that I could get a 40% discount. I entered the serial number I received for it in the email receipt for version 19 in December 2023. A discount coupon was supposed to arrive within 24 hours. It has not, and I keep getting a notice about version 20 when I load version 19. The coupon has not arrived and there is no such email in my spam filter. I’d like to update and pay for version 20. Help!

Yesterday I entered my correct email address that I have been using for many years.
I entered the serial number that I was given in the receipt for version 19 on Nov 25, 2023. Was that what you wanted?

Okay, I'll try again. But if that fails, I'll just keep using version 19 and forget about version 20.

Yes, but when I click to buy the regular version, it only allows me to buy the Plus version, which I do not want.
