Smart Content Only Changing Text

Trying Smart Content but notice its only changing text, I indicated Images and Text from the dropdown but only text is changing.

Also notice the default is stuck on text, cannot get it to change.

I have tried it myself and it works for me.
Maybe the connection with the server is blocked by your firewall?

If you need further assistance then please share a DEMO project.

You are correct, was the firewall blocking access.
